2017 ANNUAL MEETING ANNOUNCED
The Bayberry Farms Community Association is holding its Annual Meeting of Members on Monday, March 13, 2017 at 7:00 pm. Registration begins at 6:45 pm.
Location: Community Room of Fire Station #3, 2300 Gezon Parkway, Wyoming, MI 49418
The purpose of the meeting is as follows:
* Election of Directors – This year there are three expiring Board Seats open for election. If you have an interest in serving your community in the capacity of a Board member, please contact Select 1 or a Board Member no later than Monday, February 27, 2017, to indicate your willingness to serve.
* Other business as may properly come before the meeting.
NOTE: If you are UNABLE to attend the meeting, PLEASE complete the Proxy that was mailed to you. It is ESSENTIAL that you assign a proxy to represent you, so that the quorum, as required by the Association Bylaws, is met.
