Dear Lot Owner in Bayberry Farms Community Association,

Due to guidelines and restrictions announced by our President, our Governor, and the CDC: THE ANNUAL MEETING OF MEMBERS OF THE BAYBERRY FARMS COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION HAS BEEN CANCELLED. (The meeting was previously scheduled for Monday March 30.) Since we don’t know how long the restrictions will be in place, the Easter Egg Hunt has also been cancelled.

Select 1 Property Management and your Board of Directors have cancelled these events to conform to mandated restrictions. Your Board and Management will advise the members of the Bayberry Farms Community Association in writing if/when the Annual Meeting of Members is to be rescheduled.
