Bayberry Farms Community is a subdivision located in Wyoming, Michigan. Wyoming is a suburb of Grand Rapids, MI. The subdivision was originally created by United Homes of Illinois. During development of the subdivision, the developer (United) went bankrupt. What followed was a stunning display of unity by the neighborhood.
In June of 2000, the neighbors met and created a board of directors to oversee the common area management and to help oversee future development of the neighborhood. Since that date, the board has created many committees that have increased the enjoyment of the members and made this subdivision the greatest place to live in the state!
